1 General Use of Website

The content on this website is for informational, educational, and charitable purposes. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict the use of this site by, any third party.

2 Charitable Donations & Section 80G Tax Benefit

• Voluntary Contributions: All donations made to SSF are voluntary charitable contributions to support our focus areas (Women & Child Development, Agriculture, Health & Sanitation, Emergency Relief, Road Accident Victim retrieval, and Swachh Bharat).
• 80G Tax Exemption: Donations made to SSF are eligible for 50% income tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 vide Approval Order No. ABATS4567R25PT02.
• PAN Requirement: Donors wishing to claim tax exemption certificates are required by Indian tax law to provide a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN). An official digital receipt is generated instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Utilization Discretion: While donors may select a preferred cause during donation, SSF reserves the discretion to deploy general welfare funds to areas of urgent community need or emergency humanitarian crises.

3 Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a registered non-profit organization, funds received are immediately allocated to ongoing grassroots social welfare initiatives and procurement of relief supplies. Consequently, donations once processed are non-refundable.

4 Volunteer, Intern & Partner Conduct

• Submission of a volunteer or internship application does not guarantee automatic selection. Applications are evaluated based on community needs and program alignment.
• Volunteers and interns agree to adhere to the code of conduct, treat all community beneficiaries with utmost respect and dignity, and refrain from unlawful or unethical behavior during on-ground field drives.
• Corporate CSR partnerships will be governed by formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreements complying with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and CSR Registration No. CSR00067786.

5 Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The official name SELFLESS SERVICE FOUNDATION (SSF), logo, graphics, website design, text content, and activity media are the intellectual property of SSF. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent from SSF is strictly prohibited.

6 Limitation of Liability

SSF makes every reasonable effort to keep the information on this website accurate and updated. However, we do not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free. SSF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website.

7 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gaya, Bihar or New Delhi, India.
